I am in 7th grade and I am learning pre-algebra but in my school we learn a grade ahead so I think its not normal for people to learn pre-algebra in 7th grade, but its possible.

i am in year seven and learning full algebra but it is really confusing but i am in australia and in a private school so the curriculum might be different where you are

algebra is too hard for year sevens. we should start algebra in year 8 but we dont do pre-algebra we go straight into the deep end
