There is such a thing as a U.S. $1,000 bill, but none have been printed since the 1940s. To help combat organized crime, President Nixon issued an executive order in 1969 that banks were no longer allowed to distribute high-denomination bills. They remain legal tender however, but it wouldn't make much sense to spend one because they're usually worth more than $1000 as collectors' items.

A billion is 1,000,000,000 and so (if there is a thousand dollar bill in circulation, I am not sure it is), then divide 1,000,000,000 by 1000 to get the number of bills which would be 1,000,000 which is a million
Technicly speaking there is no such thing, but if you were to draw a bunch of zeros on a one dollar bill or 10 dollar bill you can just go look at one.
The President who was on the thousand dollar bill was Grover Cleveland. The President on the five thousand dollar bill was James Madison.
There has never been a fifty thousand dollar bill. A ten thousand dollar bill with Salmon P. Chase on it was the highest.
A thousand dollar bill is almost the same color in likeness to a 1 dollar bill except for darker designs around the bill.
