∙ 14y agoFor every foot there is 12 inches, So if Laurel's python was already 2 and a half feet that means it was 18 inches. Then it grew a foot longer which adds on another 12 inches, so it's length now is 30 inches.
So your answer is: 30 inches long.

The ROYAL Python (to give the correct name from its latin name of Python Regius) can grow to a length of up to 60 inches. ALL my adult specimens are well over 55 inches ! Incidentally - The Royal Python only got the tag of 'ball python' from its defensive posture of curling itself into a ball when threatened !
The longest species of snake is the Reticulated Python - which can reach lengths of 33 feet (10m)

No, the size of a tank does not directly affect the size a ball python will grow to. Ball pythons can reach lengths of 4-5 feet as adults and require a proper-sized enclosure to thrive. It's recommended to house a baby ball python in a smaller enclosure and upgrade as it grows.
The longest snake in the world is the reticulated python (Python reticulatus), which can reach lengths of over 25 feet. These snakes are found in Southeast Asia and are known for their impressive size and striking patterns.
Newly hatched Royal pythons (Python regius) are about six inches (15cm) long. They attain their adult size of around 5 feet (150cm) by age five.
