A reflex angle is greater than 180 but less than 360 degrees

It is impossible to do this. The measures of all of the interior angles in a hexagon add up to 360 degrees, so for there to be four right angles the other two angles would have to be zero, which isn't possible. The lines that meet at right angles are perpendicular to each other.
The objects size is not going to change. The image size, however, would.
is it not a scalene triangle. you can find an image of it on google images.
The accommodation reflex allows the eyes to maintain clear focus on objects at different distances by adjusting the shape of the lens. This helps to ensure that the image remains in focus on the retina, regardless of whether the object is near or far.
An acute angle has less than 90 degrees, an obtuse angle has greater than 90 degree but less than 180 degrees. A reflex angle has greater than 180 degrees. When in doubt, google image search.
A reflected image is a mirror image of the original object. It appears to be flipped horizontally along a mirror line. All angles in the reflected image are equal to the corresponding angles in the original object.

An instrument, used with a telescope or microscope, for measuring minute distances, or the apparent diameters of objects which subtend minute angles. The measurement given directly is that of the image of the object formed at the focus of the object glass.
A magnifier is a tool that enlarges the image of small objects by using lenses to increase the apparent size of objects when viewed. It allows for better detail and clarity of the object under observation.

Still objects.
A converging mirror forms a real and inverted image for objects beyond its focal point. For objects between the focal point and the mirror, it forms a virtual and upright image.
A octagon is a octagon without the same angles as the others.
An optical correct mirror preserves the proportions and angles of the reflected image, making it appear as though looking in a regular mirror. On the other hand, a true image mirror reverses the image, so text appears backwards and objects are flipped horizontally.
A mirror image is a reflection of an object's surface, while a hologram is a three-dimensional image produced by interference patterns of light. Mirror images appear two-dimensional and can't be seen from different angles, whereas holograms can be viewed in 3D and change perspective when viewed from different angles.
