wha does time constant really mean in term of system performance
Yes and No. Yes: Only IF YOU STAY IN 1 PLACE than time would be the same all the time. No: No because if you move time would change. You know how the land formations of Earth always move a couple inches a year. So technically you are moving even if you stand in 1 place so not really.
Whales usually give birth to one calf
It depends on how often it is thrown, but it will usually land on its side about 98% of the time.
That sounds really comlicated.
Yes! They are vestigial (not serving a purpose biologically), and are remnant from a time when early early ancestors of whales were land based animals.
Whales have lungs. They descended from land animals with lungs. They had lungs before they became creatures living full time in the ocean. They did not develop either gills or lungs after they became sea creatures but long before.
It is not known what time of the day blue whales sleep. The blue whale is one of the largest and heaviest animals in the world.
Killer whales eat kelp from time to time. Other animals that eat kelp include sea otters and sea urchins.
Except for a few seconds when leaping into the air, whales spend ALL of their time in the water. They cannot move on land.
Well, its hard to answer really, since Clams live a really long time... but whales live long too. so due to the fact that some EAT clams i'd say whales. But since whales get caught and turned into products... it might be clams, but who knows really? I say whales though :3
they usually use them to make traditional medicines and they often eat the whales blubber
yes they did at one time walk on land. Their fins used to be types of small legs that would help them walk on land.
well over time the land animals change a little and they need to be underwater to live unlike their land animal ancestors
Mostly whales like swimming in the Southern Ocean, which surrounds the Antarctic continent -- they don't spend any time on land.
Some have the remains of hind legs and a pelvis still inside their bodies. On top of that, land was where mammals evolved.
''it is because whales evolved over time during a point around 48 million years ago they were land animals so they needed their pelvic bone but as the whale evolved it kept that trait just as humans evolved and kept some unnecessary traits like wisdom teeth or an extra kidney''
