These are chords of a circle.
If the chord passes through the centre of the circle it is the longest possible chord, divides the circle into two semicircles and is called a diameter.

A Chord
This is a line segment called a diameter of the circle.
diameter
A line goes on forever and never ends, on either side.A line segmentstops and has two end points.
They have end points
That seems to be true. Sides pretty much are line segments, and the angles are the end points.
gg
No it cannot because a line segment is a part of a line that is bounded by two end points, and contains every point on the line between its end points. If it has holes it does not contain every point between the end points.

Okay if your talking about a circle with a line through it and has 2 end points on the circle, it would be called a chord and if it crosses the center it's called a diameter.
That's a diameter of the circle.
if that line segment intersects the centre of the circle it is called a radius.
