Negative times negative is always a positive.
80... since -65 is a negative number, adding positive 80 will produce a value of positive 15.
Any number can be divided by 16 to produce another positive real number. If the quotient is to be a positive integer, the possible numbers are those formed by multiplying 16 by any positive integer.
well why can't pigs fly? same thing!
When multiplying integers, multiplying by the same sign will always produce a positive integer. Such as a negative times a negative equals a positive. If the signs are different then the product will be a negative.
Negative externalities lead markets to produce a larger quantiy than is socially desirable. Positive externatlities lead markets to porduce a smaller quantity than is social desirable. To remedy the problem, the government can internalize the externality by taxing goods that have negative externalities and susidizing good that have positive externalities.
Externalities are either positive or negative effects imposed on outsiders. For example: Negative airline externalities could include air, water, and noise pollution. People who are not using the airline are still affected negatively by the noise and pollution airlines produce. An example of a positive airline externality could be the rapid response from the U.S. to Mexico after an earthquake. The people of Mexico trapped by debris from the earthquake are benefiting from the ability of airlines to get people, search dogs, and equipment to Mexico very quickly. Positive externalities would include the rise of supporting industries and thus more jobs and incomes, development of local infrastructure, increase in the value of land (land close to roads , etc are more valuable ), etc. Negative externalities would include pollution , in some cases a fall in the price of land(due to noise pollution for example) , congestion, stressing local infrastructure , local businesses maybe find a shortage of labour. , etc

Positive affects on a nation's industrial economy can be enhanced by not having too many regulations to diminish the ability to produce products and enhance the nation's economy. There must be a balance however with industry to ensure via the government that the absence of certain regulations will not be a detriment to the workers or to the nation at large.
