I'll assume you're not talking about herding cattle or killing weeds. The process of rounding a number is to alter it to one less exact but more convenient for calculations.
Rounding is more accurate than truncating where the number is simply stopped after some criteria (e,g after the second decimal place) is reached.
However rounding is not consistently rounding "up". If it were the sum of a series of numbers which were each "rounded up" would be significantly higher than the same series added "unrounded"
To improve matters criteria are set to round some numbers up and some down. As an example 7.4 rounded to the nearest interer would be 7 (rounded down) and 7.6 would be 8 (rounded up). Numbers in the middle (7.5) would be rounded up, down or alternately up or down depending on the rules you establish for the work
U round it up
You mean 'does' not 'dose'... It means exactly what it says - round up the number to the next whole. for example - if the number was 23.6... you would simply round it up to 24.
I assume you mean to round it to the nearest whole number. In this case, you would round it up to 34
It means to round up if the number is bigger than 5 and if the number is lower than 5 you round down
Done the calculation (get the answer) and also show the remainder (don't round up or down).
I assume you mean to round it up to the second decimal place - in which case - you would round it up to read 84.38

to round up, a is way in mathematics, where non-integers are raised to the closest higher integer.

round up or estimate it
It means to round up horses or cows
it's when crops have been genetically modified so that it's resistant to a chemical in round up, so that when round up is sprayed on the crops, it kills the weeds but not the crops.
To round of, means to make the number to the closest higher or lower integer. If the number is closer to the lower integer, then you round down. If the number is closer to the higher integer, then you round up. If the differences is equal e.g. 2.5, the you must also round up.
You simply just round up. ;)
I assume you mean to round it to the nearest whole number. In this case, you would round it up to 34
They help farmers round up sheep and cattle.
