Depends what you mean, if you mean if everyone shakes hands just once then N-1 handshakes are made. If you mean if everyone shakes hands with everyone else then the answer is (N-1)+(N-2)+....+2+1 (we dont include N as they're not going to shake their own hand, obviously) written as Σn-1i=1 i, this is a arithmetic progression and so the total number of handshakes will be equal to (1+(n-1))(n-1)/2
try it out in real life, or draw it out. Basically if you have 5 people at the party and every one shakes hands (if this is what you mean) you could do this: draw 5 dots in a circle, and draw a line between every single dot, count the lines and voila you have your answer
twenty fingers and toes
it means perfect
It means the number 4.
You are doing well
It means when a woman shakes her butt with no hands and he is saying he is going to throw money if she does it with no hands
i assume you mean hold hands, you link the other person's hand. separate your fingers, and the other person would place their fingers through the spaces :)
I think you mean vigilante, which is somebody that takes the law in his own hands. Like beating somebody up that tries to steel.
Lock fingers, y'know? To get what I mean, line up your hands palm to palm, then lace fingers with yourself. Thats what I mean.
I would interpret the metaphor "iron handshake" to mean that someone shakes hands with a particularly strong grip.
It's an insult like the middle finger.
10 fingers in 2 hands?

To add emphasis, express surprise, or indicate "hurry," one shakes the hand quickly so that the index and middle fingers slap together and make a snapping sound. It means that they are adding surprise or saying hurry.
Shes playing.
To stop an eight year old from sucking his fingers...well the mean way is to put hot sauce on his hands or the nicer way is to give them examples of their friends that they do not suck their fingers and it is immature.
