In Chemistry it is a particle of electromagnetic radiation wth no mass that carries a quantum of energy. HOPE THIS HELPS:>
photon is another name for concentrated energy, usually in quantizaed units.
A photon is a particle of light. For more details, read the Wikipedia article on "photon".

A photon is like a particle of light. The minimum divisible quantity of light.
Photon Energy E=hf = hc/w thus wavelength w= hc/E or the wavelength is hc divided by the energy of the photon or w= .2 e-24 Joule meter/Photon Energy.
E = hv Where h is the Planck's constant v is the frequency of the photon and E is the energy of the photon
Planck's Konstant

Depend on what exactly do you mean by 'common'. On one hand there are countless photon everywhere which has zero mass. But if you mean everyday objects, then zero weight of cause (free fall, space etc), as I don't think zero mass is even attainable at this scale.
Plants can use artificial light sources such as fluorescent or LED lights to undergo photosynthesis, the process by which they convert light energy into chemical energy. The light provides the energy needed to drive the photosynthetic reactions that convert carbon dioxide and water into oxygen and glucose, which plants use as food. Plants can thrive under artificial light as long as the light spectrum and intensity meet their requirements for optimal growth.
If you mean a gamma photon, it is mass-less.
A packet of light energy is called a photon.
The energy of a photon is inversely propotional to its wavelength. The wavelength of a blue photon is less than that of a red photon. That makes the blue photon more energetic. Or how about this? The energy of a photon is directly proportional to its frequency. The frequency of a blue photon is greater than that of a red photon. That makes the blue photon more energetic. The wavelength of a photon is inversely proportional to its frequency. The the longer the wavelength, the lower the frequency. The shorter the wavelength, the higher the frequency.
The "MV" in MV photon stands for Mega-electron Volt. It is a unit of energy commonly used in medical imaging and radiation therapy to represent the energy level of X-ray or gamma-ray photons.
Photon flux can be calculated using the formula: photon flux = v * E, where v is the frequency of the photons and E is the energy of each photon. By multiplying the frequency of the photons by the energy of each photon, you can determine the photon flux.
tata photon plus is ratan tata and Javed Siddiqui is houner of PHoton whiz..............
To increase the momentum of a photon, you can either increase its frequency or velocity. This can be achieved by changing the energy of the photon, as momentum is directly proportional to the energy of a photon.
No, a photon is not time travelling
No. A photon is a particle of light. It is massless.
