There is no mathematical symbol that I know of which uses color. You may be referring to an organizational emblem, in which case this question has been placed in the wrong category.

It should be noted that '==' is the boolean equivalency operator in most programming languages - it returns true if and only if both sides are equal in value, else it returns false.
