The history of irrational numbers is quite simple in that any number that can't be expressed as a fraction is an irrational number as for example the value of pi as used in the square area of a circle.
None, since the hypothesis which proposed such a history is assumed to be false in terms of the pillars upon which it rests, in terms of its main premises. Deuteronomy and the history surrounding it belongs in the Exodus period, as written, around 1400 BC. The Deuteronomist, for whom there has never been any actual evidence, although that person was such a great writer never existed.
I have include three links. One is a book about Inca mathematical ideas. The Incas did not have a written language which makes it difficult to know its history. Further, mathematical ideas develop slowly and are pass down from generations without formal records, making a "start date" nearly impossible. Certainly, the system of counting existed prior to 1532, which marks the end of the Inca empire. One link says the empire existed for approximately 100 years, but certainly mathematics in the Inca society could have been much older.
