Close, 100 centimeters = 1 meter, 91.44 centimeters = 1 yard
3m is 2m 735cm short of 265cm.
You can't as it stands. They are measures of different things, height is one dimensional, metres squared is two dimensional. You need a width in inches; then divide both height and width by 39.4 and multiply the results. This will give a close approximation of the area in metres squared.
Since it's rectangular, you simply need to multiply the length, width, and height. This will give you the volume. I guess you know what a centimeter looks like, and what 10 centimeters look like. Personally, I would probably use my hand, and check how many times the distance between my thumb and index fits on the box, since it's about 15 centimeters. Either that, or the width of my thumb, which is about 2 centimeters. But with the thumb you're going to be spending a while, so you might as well take the 1 minute and go look through your stuff to find your measuring tape. I think that approximations are very easy to do though, so you don't even need that. Just say that the box has about 50 centimeters in height, 30 centimeters in length, and 10 centimeters in width. So that gives you 15000 centimeters cube, which sounds very close to the actual volume.
Km is definitely bigger than cm. Km is close to the length of a mile, and cm is close to the length of an inch.
It is: 180 centimeters = 1.8 meters
There are 100 centimeters in one meter. Therefore, 4 meters is equal to 4 x 100 = 400 centimeters.
A toothbrush is close to 20 centimeters long.
close, but one and one-fourth meters is 125 centimeters. 128 centimeters is about an inch away from being 1 1/4 of a meter.
No, mosses are nonvascular plants and cannot grow more than a few centimeters tall.
A distance of 0.234 meters is equivalent to approximately 23.4 centimeters, as there are 100 centimeters in a meter. It is also equal to around 9.213 inches, since 1 inch is roughly equal to 2.54 centimeters.
74 centimeters.
700 centimeters, roughly 7 yards, roughly 22 feet. The exact answer is 22.965 879 265 feet, so 7 meters is very close to 23 feet.
Assuming the force of gravity doesn't change much - for example, close to Earth's surface: GPE = mgh That is, gravitational potential energy is the product of mass, gravity and height. Close to Earth, a value of about 9.8 meters/square second is usually used for gravity. If you also measure mass in kilograms and height in meters, energy will be in joules.
Probably quite close to 458!
Yes, but it varies from region to region within Mexico. Southern people on the Yucatan peninsula and close to the Guatemalan border tend to be shorter with an average height of about 1.60 meters (5' 3''). Mexicans from the central and western regions are on average 1.70 meters (5' 7'') tall and people on the northern states, close to the US border are on average 1.75 meters (5' 9'') tall.
Close, 100 centimeters = 1 meter, 91.44 centimeters = 1 yard
