I've got two answers. The quickie method, says that quarts and liters are about the same, and if I've got one cup, that would be around 250 ml, and a third of a cup is (0.33 x 1000 ml) or 33.3 ml, so 250+33.3 = 283 ml or 0.28 liters. Ok, now the calculator method. (0.945 liters/1 quart)/(4 cups/ 1 quart) = 0.23625 cups/liter and 0.23625*1.333 = 0.315 liters or 315 ml. A liter is a bit more than a quart, so my quickie method will slightly underestimate volumes. Conversion values can be found on: http://www.onlineconversion.com/volume.htm
