Tribulus stimulates the production of luteinizing hormone. This in turn increases production of testosterone. Small amounts of Testosterone are converted to estrogen via the aromatase enzyme. So Tribulus may increase estrogen as well. DHT prohormones do not convert to estrogen. There are many other non DHT prohormones that do not convert to estrogen as well. Delta-2-androst-17-one and 4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3b,17b-diol are two common non-aromatizing AKA non estrogenic compounds.
