Multiply the denominator(bottom fraction number) to the coefficient(Big number to the left).

Then to the answer add the numerator ( Top fraction number), and place the wholer over the denominator.

Hence

(4 x 4) = 16

16 + 3 = 19

19/4 The answer !!!!
