460

The previous answer of 460 is unbelievably wrong.

It's easiest to do fractions on paper if you have trouble.

6/10 + 4/100 = ?

You first must find the common denominator and in this case, it would be 100

Multiply both the nominator and denominator of the first fraction by 10 and you'll end up with 60/100

The second fraction already has 100 as a denominator so it can be left alone.

Now you're ready to add the both of them.

60/100 + 4/100 = 64/100

Simplify your answer just in case bonus marks are up for grabs.

64 / 4 = 16 AND 100/4 = 25

So your simplified answer would be 16/25
