No, algebra 1 is defiantly not the same as math course 3.
yes you would have to because that would be the full course of algebra just at a slower and easier pace
Yes, the great Mrs. Mazz said that algebra 1 is a quite rigorous course it requires a great deal of thought and perseverence.
foundations algebra is probably pre algebra, which is before algebra, so no.
Algebra 1 is in a way better than Pre-Algebra. Algebra 1 is more advanced than Pre-Algebra and will increase your chances in college. But of course there are higher levels than Algebra 1, and if you can master those or at least maintain a decent grade (as in B or higher and maybe a C but it depends on which college or school you are planning on going to). You should not want to take the easy road in life, and that is for everything you do. Pre-Algebra is an easy road and although you may bother to learn the basics and call it a success in life, you sould still go further and maybe you will become something greater tha you expect of yourself. So, the answer to your question is answered with another question: "Do you want to become more successful in life and do Pre-Algebra or are you going to do something maybe even higher than Algebra 1?"
Algebra Connections is sort of an introductory course to the world of algebra. This course is taken if they are known to struggle with math. Algebra 1 is just the next course up.
Algebra 1 is a class/course that is on a higher level than Algebra.

No. Pre-Algebra is taught to provide the ability to do certain mathematical equations before doing the more challenging math of Algebra I.

It depends on how far you are on Pre-algebra. If you don't know anything, I recommend you take Pre-algebra 1. If you are advanced in Pre-algebra and you know variables and expressions then I recommend you take Pre-algebra 2
Yes normally it's a freshmen course. But I'm an eight grader who takes advanced math, and we're doing Algebra I this year.
They are the same thing but when you go into Algebra 1a, its like part one, and there is a part b, and just algebra 1 is the same thing, but not in two parts. Some schools offer a two-year course that covers algebra 1 in two years. in this case, algebra 1a is less advanced than algebra 1, since the pace is only half as fast.
The answer will depend on the course and country, and, possibly, other factors.

No, "algebra" would not be capitalized unless it is the first word in a sentence or part of a title (e.g., "Algebra 1 Class").
