Qualitative determiner is a describing word or adjective used before noun to show the quality of the noun.

Eg.: Beautiful picture

Beautiful - qualitative determiner or qualitative adjective

Quantitative determiner is used before uncountable nouns to show the quantity of the noun.

Eg.: A kilo of rice

A glass of water
