The name given to a set of coordinates is "coordinate system".
A set of coordinates nails down one single point on the Earth's surface. That particular set of coordinates defines a point on the southern part of Baffin Island in Nunavut (Canada). Baffin Island is more than 1,000 miles long, and has trillions of points on it, each point having different coordinates. It's not correct to toss out a set of coordinates and say that Baffin Island is located there, any more than it's correct to say that the USA is located at the northeast corner of my house.

A set of latitude/longitude coordinates describes a single point on the Earth's surface. It's never correct to say that a whole country has a single set of coordinates. The specified point is in South Africa, about 61.28 miles west-southwest of the center of Durban.
It depends on the vector!
