Depends on who is doing the estimating. 3000 and about 2/3 thousand, plus about 1000 and about 1/2 thousand, plus about 2000 and a bit more than 2/3 thousand. The thousands add up to 6000 and the bits add up to about 2000. So about 8000. If you have LOTS of numbers like this, add up the thousands and then guess that the average of all the bits will be half a thousand each. That would give in this case 3000 + 1000+ 2000 Plus 3x500 which is 7500. Not quite so good, because statistically speaking, 3 numbers is not a lot of numbers.
