A two-dimensional figure with six sides is called a hexagon. A hexagon has six straight sides and six angles. It is a polygon because it is a closed shape with straight sides. The sum of the interior angles in a hexagon is always 720 degrees.

It's name would be, ... drumroll please. Mr. IMPOSSIBLE. Really. A two dimensional figure would be like a sheet of paper and your looking down at it. It is impossible to see six sides, let alone 6 sides.

^ Aren't you refering to 6 'faces'? A six-sided 2D shape is a Hexagon...? :O
