Tax purposes. It's to see how much you are to withhold from government taxes for purposes like family. If you claim 0 you are not claiming anyone, even yourself and more than likely will end up with more money on your tax return though each pay period you will be taxed more. If you claim 1+ you will be taxed less during each pay period but may receive less on your tax return and even owe the government.
point form is stupid
Point slope form is standard form. To change point slope form into general form, simply multiply both sides by the denominator of the slope, and move everything onto one side.
Point intercept form is the almighty form that governs all equations in mathematics involving the variables "X" and "Y", when "X" refers to the independent variable and "Y" refers to the dependent variable. It is the mother of all forms, the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end...... But seriously, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE POINT-INTERCEPT FORM!!!! There IS point-slope form as well as slope-intercept form, but NO point-intercept form.
Point-slope form is written as: y-y1=m(x-x1), where (x1, y1) is a point on the line and m is the slope (hence the name, point-slope form).
The point where two lines form an angle is called the vertex.
no where. it is for your records

IRS Form W4.
A person can pick up a 2012 w4 form at a couple of different location depending on where the person lives, such as the local library or the city hall as well.
If you go to your local government office there are employees there that will be more than happy to show you how to fill out a W4 form. When you pick up your W4 form there is also an instruction manual that will walk you through the proper steps for filling out the form.

The W$ form is your request for the withholding of taxes from pay. The W2 is a statement of wages paid and taxes withheld.
You will need to submit a I-9, a state and local W4, and a Federal W4.
A W4 form is an IRS or government form often provided to you by your employer. You would fill this form out so that your employer knows how much to withhold from your paycheck to put toward taxes.
