All rectangles have 90 degree angles and with parallelograms that does not always have to be the case. But no matter what in order for a parallelogram to be a rectangle the angles have to all be 90 degrees.
Rectangles are special cases of parallelograms. They have all the properties of parallelograms, and in addition, all their internal angles are right-angles - 90° angles.
