quadrilateral means having all sides the same length. when you make a shape with 3 obtuse angles and with the same length on the sides, only 3 of them will have the same length which is the sides of the 3 obtuse angles. then the last side will be too long. obviously it is no more quadrilateral.
With no acute or obtuse angles, the shape must only have right angles. For a quadrilateral, that limits it to a square or rectangle. Because each side has a different length than the one next to it, it has to be a rectangle.(Or, it could be a shape with any amount of sides above 4, as long as the angles are all right angles)

Adjacent acute angle is not one word. An Adjacent angles are angles that are side by side.
A quadrilateral with two sets of parallel side and right angles is called a rectangle. If all the sides are the same size it is also called a square.
Thats not possiable. First of all a quadrilateral means it has to have four side and if it has four sides that means it has four angles which two right angle and an acute angle only makes three angles so it can't exist. Well they might be but in all cases no. Acute angles just have to have an angle less than 90 degrees to be acute!

A rectangle has 4 right angles. There are no acute angles.
