There are an infinite number of shapes that have two or more parallel opposite sides - any even-numbered polygon (hexagons, octagons, decagons, and so on).

A quadrilateral with only 1 set of parallel sides is a trapezoid (UK trapezium).

A parallelogram has two sets of parallel opposite sides. These would include rhombi and rectangles (and the special case of rectangles which are squares).
