A circle as such does not have a start point nor an end point.
We do however have to start at one point and end at the same point when we draw a perfect circle, but after it is drawn, the actual circle does not have a start nor an end.
We might be able to see where we started and ended but this is of no significance to the actual start/end point of the circle as the circle itself does not have any.
