You can get the same pipe through Walker Exhaust. Walker states there is no available part number for the 1993 Suburban, but if you look under 1993 Full Size Blazer, it shows the y pipe number, 40295. The converter, is the same number in both vehicles, 15840. Hope this helps you.

There is a product called helicoil that is used to replace worn threads in metal. You will probably find it at an auto parts store. A muffler shop can replace the nut the O2 sensor screws into. A friend of mine has a shop and does it regularly.
