There is a product called helicoil that is used to replace worn threads in metal. You will probably find it at an auto parts store. A muffler shop can replace the nut the O2 sensor screws into. A friend of mine has a shop and does it regularly.
It should be threaded into, either the exhaust manifold, or the exhaust downpipe between the catalytic converter and the exhaust manifolds. If it's between the y-pipe and the catalytic converter, there will only be one. If it's between the y-pipe and the manifolds, there will be two, one on each pipe. You may have to look from underneath the vehicle to find and access it.
take the 6 nuts off each exhaust pipe (3 on each side) called exhaust y-pipe..(pain in the ass)!! lol... and u should get access to get it out..its the way they are designed...
A y pipe simply merges the two exhaust flows into a single tailpipe. The H refers to a piece of pipe installed between the two and before the y to equalize the flow in the two before they become one. No real horsepower gain to be made there.
Yes on the exhaust manifolds but the cat should either be welded or bolted on after your Y pipe then goes to your cat!
