A yottabyte is a type of measurement. A yottabyte is also referred to as a "YB" and is the largest SI unit one might use to measure data. One yottabyte equals 1,000 zettabytes.
You can use any of the standard SI prefixes with the standard unit of length, the meter. However, it's more common to use non-SI units: astronomical units, light-years, and parsecs for large distances, especially in astronomy. The largest of these is the parsec; but you can also use metric prefixes with that, e.g., kiloparsec, or megaparsec.
It depends. Very small amounts of things are measured in grams, a bit larger is ounces, larger is pounds, and the largest is tons, which is 2,000 pounds.
The largest measurement of distance in the universe is the light-year, which is the distance light travels in one year, approximately 5.88 trillion miles (9.46 trillion kilometers). For even larger scales, astronomers use parsecs, where one parsec equals about 3.26 light-years. In cosmology, the observable universe is estimated to be about 93 billion light-years in diameter, representing the largest conceivable distance in terms of our current understanding of the universe.
SI units is what we use in the United States for the common unit of measurement for matter.

There is no largest. The largest common prefix is yotta- which is equal to a septillion. But there is no reason why you cannot use a thousand yottagrams or a million yottametres.

The measurement of my Dad is 6 foot.
Imperial measurement is in general use. Engineers, scientists etc use the SI system.

Units of measurement are useful to rationally measure anything.
