The exact first date of use is unknown, but one of the earliest uses was by Plato in the 400s BC. The connection of phi to Pascal's triangle was made when Leonardo Fibonacci created his Fibonacci sequence.
Lots of places. If you count the leaves in a flower or factor each fibonacci number to the fibonacci number before it, artichokes, seeds, dragonflies, pianos, bones, phi, pascal's triangle and MUCH MUCH MORE!!!!!
Hindu studies of combinatorics but Pascal discoevered more uses for it. If you add up the diagonals of Pascal's triangle, the sums are the entries of the Fibonacci Sequence.

Decimal numbers were in use in Europe well before the time of Fibonacci so he would have "related" to them when he started to count!
the Fibonacci numbers are used in describing the spirals in a flower, shells and the like. It is also used in number theory of the golden triangle.

Fibonacci does not have any siblings that people know of.

the numbers branches, stems, petals coincide with the Fibonacci sequence.
Fibonacci lived about 400 years before Pascal did.
No you cannot, Triangle made of 3 sides, the 2 smaller sides added together must be larger than than the larger side. cannot be done with Fibonacci number e.g. 3,5,8 3+5=8 so cannot form triangle, is just straight line even when using Fibonacci numbers that are not consecutive e.g. 21,8,3 8+3=11 not bigger than 21. Try this out for yourself and see what conclusion you can come to.

There is the Fibonacci sequence but what is the Fibonacci code?
u dont
yes!
