The -th suffix is used to represent a fraction of a whole.
Any digit in the ones place represents wholes, not a fraction of a whole; thus it is the ones and not the oneths place.
Because it is to the left of the decimal point.
Only the places to the right of the decimal place have the -th suffix which represents a fraction of a whole.
The ones place is to the left of the decimal point, so it does not have the -th suffix.

∙ 11y agoIf I understand your question, your looking for the "oneths" decimal place. Unfortunately, there is no such thing. In 7.23, 7 is in the "ones" place, 2 is in the "tenths" place and 3 is in the "hundredths" place.
The 5 is in the Tenths Its gose Tenths Hundredths THousandths there is no Oneths Place so ya :D hope this help and good luck

The number in the tenths place is the 7. EXAMPLE: 6.58 The 5 in 6.58 would be the number in the tenths place because there is no such thing as oneths so you would count up from the tenth place.
18/21= eighteen twenty oneths
Oneths are the same as Ones so it is not on the number line
When you divide 1 by ten you get something less than 1, so there needs to be a place to describe something that is a tenth of 1. If you divide one by one you get one, so the theoretical oneths place and the ones place are the same. 100 10 1 .1 .01 Hundreds Tens Ones&Oneths Tenths hundredths
The oneths place and the ones place would be the same thing. In the base ten system, the places are powers of ten. Hundreds is 102, tens is 101, ones is 100, tenths is 10-1, hundredths is 10-2. There is no room for a oneths place.

6 in 5.267 would be in the hundredth place. So the word form of it would be as six hundredths.

It is called the ones place.
Well, firstly, the LCM (Lowest Common Multiple) of 3 and 7 is 21. Try to convert those fractions into fractions with denominators of 21. Multiply 3x7 in one thirds and 1x7, which changes one third to seven twenty-oneths. Multiply 7x3 in two sevenths and 2x3, which changes two sevenths to six twenty-oneths. Therefore, one third (seven twenty-oneths) is greater than two sevenths (six twenty-oneths).
18/21= eighteen twenty oneths
the value of the place that a digit occupies in a numeral in relation to the decimal point. Examples: Ones, Tens, Hundreds, Tenths, Hundredths, Thousandths.... Each column where a number sits has a place value. In the number 125 the 1 is in the hundreds place value, the 2 is in the tens place value and the 5 is in the ones place value. More complex numbers use place values to the right of the decimal point, for example, 13.456, in this number the 1 is the in the tens, the 3 is in the ones, the 4 is in the tenths, the 5 is in the hundredths, the 6 is in the thousandths. Remember it goes in succession but don't get confused with the right side of the decimal there is no "oneths". The place values go in succession like this but are not limited to this example. Thousands, Hundreds, Tens, Ones (Decimal) Tenths, Hundredths, Thousandths, Ten Thousandths
