Everyone is attracted to different philosophies for different reasons. It really can't be summed up in a generic statement.
In the early days of monotheism, people might have been attracted to it because it was new and different.
In the Rabbinic age (arguably up until modern times), outsiders were historically NOT attracted to Judaism because the Jewish people were persecuted and hated.

Lots of reasons. One is that Judaism doesn't believe in encouraging people to convert. If someone wants to convert to Judaism, they're welcome to (although discouraged at first), but Judaism has no mass programs to get people to convert. Nor did it usually have forced conversions like the other religions did. Another reason is that Jews have been heavily persecuted over the years and many were killed.
There are about 280,000 Jews in the United Kingdom. This number includes about 20,000 people of Jewish ethnicity who practice religions other than Judaism.
Only one, referred to as Allah. This is the same God worshiped by the other Abrahamic religions, Christianity and Judaism.
Abraham (אברהם)
I'm not sure why you think there's no interest in Judaism. Read any newspaper and you will see that Israel is mentioned nearly every single day. Jewish schools are all packed to the brim and new ones open every year. More and more Jews are returning to practice authentic Judaism after them or their parents (or grandparents) were distracted by materialism, or other "isms". Even the WikiAnswers Judaism category is growing daily. :-)
