The meaning of life constitutes a philosophical question concerning thepurpose and significance of life or existence in general. This concept can be expressed through a variety of related questions, such as Why are we here?,What is life all about?, and What is the meaning of it all? It has been the subject of much philosophical, scientific, and theological speculation throughout history. There have been a large number of answers to these questions from many different cultural and ideological backgrounds.
The meaning of life is deeply mixed with the philosophical and religious conceptions of existence, consciousness, and happiness, and touches on many other issues, such as symbolic meaning, ontology, value, purpose, ethics, good and evil, free will, conceptions of God, the existence of God, the soul, and the afterlife. Scientific contributions are more indirect; by describing the empirical facts about the universe, science provides some context and sets parameters for conversations on related topics. An alternative, human-centric, and not a cosmic/religious approach is the question "What is the meaning of my life?" The value of the question pertaining to the purpose of life may coincide with the achievement of ultimate reality, or a feeling of oneness, or a feeling of sacredness.

Americans had reason to fear a Soviet nuclear attack even without any specific event, since the US and the USSR were clearly established as ideological and political enemies, from 1945 until the fall of communism in 1990, however, there was one particular event which was more frightening than other events of the Cold War, and that was the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. That was the closest we ever came to an actual nuclear war.

Independent events.
The outcome of either event does not depend on the outcome of the other.
Causality is the relation between two events in which one of the events (the cause) affects the outcome of the other (the effect).
Two events complementary when one event occurs if and only if the other does not. Simple event do not depend on other events, it consists of on and only one outcome Doctor Chuck aka mathdoc Two events complementary when one event occurs if and only if the other does not. Two events are said to be independent if the outcome of one event does not affect the outcome of the other. Their probabilities are independent probabilities. If the events are not independent then they are dependent.
It is true.
The occurrence of one event does not affect the occurrence of the other event. Take for example tossing a coin. The first toss has no affect on the outcome of the second toss, so these events are independent.
