I think you probably have your terms mixed up. You meant to ask, "What numbers are multiples of 3 and 4?". This answer would be anything that is divisible by both 3 and 4.

Ex: 12, 24, 36 ect.

There are no common factors of 3 and 4. A common factor would be a number that both numbers are divisible by. An example of this would be the numbers 12 and 30. The common factors of 12 and 30 are: 2, 3, and 6.
