Assuming that you mean a kilogram, the answer is that you cannot. A litre is a measure of volume in 3-dimensional space whereas a kilogram is a measure of mass. The two measure different things and, by the most basic rukes of dimensional analyses, you cannot convert one to the other.

Liters and square kilometers measure different things and cannot be directly converted to each other. Liters measure volume, while square kilometers measure area. To convert from liters to square kilometers, you would need additional information such as the depth of the substance in question if trying to convert the volume of a liquid to an area measure.

If by "kilo" you mean "kilogram", you can't convert that, since those units measure different things.For a specific substance, you can use the formula:

mass = volume x density

No way ! Liter is a volume (10cm*10cm*10cm) = 1000 cm^3 but a square (meter/kilometer/...) is a surface measure.
