In the metric system there is a prefix called hecto which means 100. Example: atmospheric pressure is 1013 hectoPascals, 1013 hPa. This is the same as 101.3 kiloPascals or 101 300 Pascals.

To add a hecto in front of the prefix kilo makes no sense. You could think hecto x kilo but the prefixes just do not work that way. If I wanted to indicate that I have 100 000 grams I would have to write it as 100 kg or 0.1 tonne. 1000kg = 1.0 tonne.
