That's about one centimeter or about 3/8 of an inch.

No. Hamilton's frog is certainly a small species, with males reaching only 43 mm in size, but it is not the world's smallest frog.

The smallest frog in the world is a tiny species found in southern Papua New Guinea. Measuring just 7.9mm for the females, the species Paedocypris progenetica is also the world's smallest known vertebrate - to date. This little species was only discovered in 2010.
