I can't really think of a TON of ways, but a couple that work for me are:

(1) imagine that you're sinking into your bed. Start with your feet and work all the way up to your head.

(2) Try counting things... It works for me sometimes.

(3) Imagine a dream you'd like to have, sometimes, you'll find yourself actually dreaming that dream!

(4) Go sit in front of something really cold, then run and get covered up, being warm helps with falling asleep.

(5) Sometimes, doing no physical activity during they day makes you not want to sleep, do a few jumping jacks or jog in place a little bit.

(6) Lay on your back.

(7) Think of a song that you know all of the words to and run them over in your head. Sometimes the reason you can't sleep is because you have to much running through your head.

(8) Don't watch a lot of violent or action-packed t.v right before you go to sleep.

(9) try drinking hot cocoa. it works for me.

(10) watch a really boring tv show/movie.

(11)imagine that your are walking around the world. imagine what places you'll see.

(12) go on your home page on your computer but dont accually do anything. just stare at it for awile. youll get real tired.

Two more things you could do is have some milk before you get into bed, and when you're in bed, take slow, deep breaths.
