The solution is to find the least common multiple of 3,4,5,6,7 and 9. One more than any integral multiple of that number will meet the requirements.

Thus, LCM of 3,4,5,6,7,9 = 1260

so 1261, 2521, 3781 etc all will leave a remainder of 1 when divided by 3,4,5,6,7 and 9.

What number can be divided by 2 with a remainder of 1 divided by 3 a remainder of 1 divided by 4 a remainder of 1 divided by 5 a remainder of 1?

The LCM of 2, 3, 4 and 5 is 60. Since you need a remainder of 1 just add 1. So the answer is 61. Or any number that is 1 more than a multiple of 60.
