Even numbers are numbers that can be divided evenly by two. Conveniently, these all end in 2, 4, 6, 8, and 0.

Even numbers to 1000 are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 ... 990, 992, 994, 996, 998, 1000

Odd numbers are numbers that have a remainder when divided by two.

Odd numbers to 1000 are 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 ... 997, 999

I don't think it would improve the answer for me to type out hundreds of numbers for you.
