This closer has only one adjustment on the lefthand end within a recess is a very small black plastic slotted screw that is more of a brake on the spring than anything else .
There is a need to remove the unit to make any adjustments as this screw is against the release unit when fitted to door or frame this makes it very time comsuming and not a good choice for numerous accurate speed / power changes be careful as the adjustments are very sensitve so 2mm at a time is recomended.........hope this helps

The stronger the magnetic field is.
There are two small screws on top that hold the cover on. Once removed, you can adjust the closer using an allen wrench (two screws on the right side of the closer). Good luck
The magnetic force is strongest at the poles of a magnet, where the magnetic field lines are most concentrated and closer together.
Yes, it is important to take declination into account when closer to the poles because the magnetic field is more inclined there, leading to larger variations in declination. Failing to adjust for declination can result in errors in navigation and orientation.
Magnetic field lines are closer at the bottom of a magnet because the magnetic field strength is stronger in that region. This increase in field strength causes the field lines to compress closer together. The field lines spread out as they move away from the magnet, resulting in the characteristic pattern of magnetic field lines emerging from the poles and converging at the other side.
To adjust a screen door closer, locate the adjustment screw on the closer mechanism. Use a screwdriver to turn the screw clockwise to increase the closing speed or counterclockwise to decrease it. Test the door to ensure it closes properly.
To adjust a Norton door closer for proper functionality, use a screwdriver to adjust the closing speed and latch speed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Test the door to ensure it closes smoothly and securely.
When two unlike magnetic poles are moved closer together, they will attract each other and the magnetic field lines between them will become stronger and more concentrated. This attraction will continue to increase as the poles move closer until they eventually come into contact.
To adjust a commercial door closer, locate the adjustment screws on the closer body. Use a screwdriver to turn the screws clockwise to increase the closing speed and counterclockwise to decrease it. Test the door after each adjustment to ensure it closes properly.
