If a fractions is 2/15 you have to find the multiples of it to make the denominator to 10, 100, 1000, and etc. so i would start from 15(denominator) 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and a 100. so i would put the 2(numerator) in the 100th place which ithe answer is 0.02
