I am 13 and I've been dancing and Cheerleading for about 2 years now. I recently just landed my double pirouette. It's all about technique. First you have to squeeze every muscle in your body, this keeps you tight and balanced. Then you must roll your shoulders back and act like their is a string attached to your head and it is pulling you up. As you turn, find a spot on the wall. ALWAYS have your eyes on that spot! Never let your eyes leave that spot. When you're spinning, whip your head around. This will help your body find the spot on the wall again and give it power to do the whole turn. Also make sure when you're about to do the double pirouette to get a deep enough bend in your knee to push off. Hope I helped.(:
