click start > cmd. and type:"ipconfig"
now go to your cotrol panel and click on windows firewall > exceptions tab > add port: Portname: RSPS. Port: 43594.
go to your web browser and put your 'gateway ip' into the URL and search.
and a port into your router called 43594. and ending in 43594.
then go to no-ip.com and make a account... but your external ip in there and host a ip of the port 43594. then compile it with java and the jdk version you have. and run your server. it's now online.
codes are the same as a 317
To put an rsps online you need to connect it to a no-ip or hamachi ip-hoster
Not all Servers have it, try: @ora@ text ::ora text ora: text
There are many RSPS's. The true best rsps is http://www.dpkzweb.tk/
u can download commands maker :)
There isn't EXACTLY the best RSPS out there, I would suggest looking at status pages to find some RSPS to be apart of.
RSPS isn't a company, RSPS stands for Runescape Private Servers which in return is a rip of RuneScape (Jagex Ltd.).
If you make it, yes there is. I wouldn't be surprised if there was one.
Tactically a 317 would be the easiest to code but if you've had, experience coding, you could try coding a 474? You could use any client, that allows you to use customs like Chaotics.

I did the research and the "RSPS" indeed has a Trojan Horse virus. its just well hidden. i recommend steering away from that specific rsps
