each man would have to get 8 gallons of water so what you could do is fill up the can with 13 gallons and then pour it in the can with 5 gallons till that filled all the way up meaning that the can with 13 gallons of water will now have 13-5 gallons of water witch is 8 gallons
figure out how many miles your car gets to the gallon, let's say it gets 20... then find out how many gallons your tank holds, let's say it's 15... divide 989 miles to travel by 20 miles to the gallon = 50 gallons 50 gallons divided by 15 = 3.3 tanks of gas..... or the easier way if you're worried about how much it will cost,,,, do 50 gallons times how much you pay for gas......
to many to count
Holes don't fill things up, they empty it

That depends a great deal on the type and size of tub as well as on how deep you fill it. Most people are not going to fill the tub up as much for small children as they will for an adult and a really big and fat person cannot put as much water into the tub as a short, skinny person (unless they want the tub to overflow). Typical bathtubs used in the USA can hold 40 to 60 gallons of water - but if you fill them to the top you will overflow the water when you get in.
