you would need the exact density of the specific fish oil you are working with, a quick Google search did not bring up any useful density numbers for various fish oils.

however, oil of most kinds if less dense than water, i.e. it floats.

we also know that one litre of pure water weighs one kilogram, so knowing that oil is a less dense we can say with confidence that one litre of fish oil weighs less than 1 kg.

i found a number for crude oil of 0.9g/ml, using this number one litre of this oil would weigh 0.9kg or 900kg.
