It would be 40 trillion. Take the 6 zeros from the million and drop them after the 6 already after the 40 and you have 12 zeros after the 40.

If this is about the "plan" you can see someone forgot a zero or 2 and we should leave that to the gov't.

Besides, if everyone over 50 retires you've got the worst brain drain in history, duh!
