Wrong. The "LITTLE" hand indicates the minute of the hour and the"BIG" hand indicates the hour of the day (or at least half day - AM/PM).
The minute hand is the LITTLE hand because it represents the smaller unit of time when compared to an hour which is indicated by the BIG hand. Granted, the longer hand is longer than the shorter hand but it is was historically always thinner than the hour hand. Thinner = LITTLE And the hour hand was always shorter but fatter than the minute hand. Fatter = BIG
The reason they were originally called "BIG" and "LITTLE" was based on the amount of time each represents. Hour is 60 times bigger than minute. Hour is BIG and minute is LITTLE. Hour hand is BIG HAND and minute hand is LITTLE HAND. End of story
If the little hand stayed on the 12, the angle would be 120°. Assuming both hands are pointing to 12 o'clock, when the big hand has moved to 20 past (1/3 of the way round) the little hand will have moved 1/3 of the way to the next number (1). So the angle between the hands will be: 1/3 × 360° - 1/3 × 1/12 × 360° = 120° - 10° = 110°.
It takes 1 minute to rotate 1 time.
A little over an inch...about the size of a stamp. .0625 is 1/16 inch. 1.08 in would be just over 1-1/16 inches.
4 and 5
0.09375 is the same as 3 / 32. It is between the numbers 0 and 1, closer to 0.How big this is depends on what is being compared. e.g. 0.09375 light years is big compared to 1 meter if one considers 14 orders of magnitude to be a "big" difference. On the other hand, a 0.09375 nanoliter container would be considered a small container by normal day-to-day human standards. The number itself doesn't allow one to come to any objective conclusions as to how big it is, since "big" is a subjective measure.
When the big hand on 11 little hand on 2, the time is 1:55.
It is when the big hand on a clock face is at 54 and the little hand is a tiny bit short of 1 (27 degrees instead of 30 degrees).
It means you have to leave at 1:10 pm, assuming they don't want you to leave in the middle of the night. The little hand on the clock is at the 1, and big hand is at the 2.

The alignment takes place every 65 minutes. Each complete revolution of the minute hand, the hour hand has moved on from 12, 1, 2 and so on.
