They only end in zero, the simplist of people could have figured this out, but I will explain anyway. It is because every time 10 gets multiplied, id is moved on to the next set of 10 example: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100.
That seems to be true. Sides pretty much are line segments, and the angles are the end points.
