Fibonacci was born in 1170 he died in 1250 to the age of 80

He was an Italian mathmatician

During his life he wrote a famous book called Liber Abaci

He came up with the Fibonacci Sequence, which is that the first number is added to itself then the next is formed from the second and the third and so on. The actual sequence is 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,ect.

he also figured out the golden ratio which is the square root of 5 + 1 divided by 2=

1.16454398......
He discovered a mathematical ratio that seems to be evident in many living organisms, such as the arrangement of seeds in the seed-head of a sunflower.

He ALSO was the best mathematician although many think it was Einstein

it was indeed Fibonacci !
